i am experiencing severe cramps under my rib cage. there is no specific activity going on at the time. Occasionally i get them even when i laugh hard or cough.HELP!!!

It's your diaphragm. It feels like your lung is caught between your ribs! The underlying cause is (are you ready?)... Over eating! If you notice when you've stretched your stomach over a short time, you're likely to get this cramp. You'll also get hiccups this way. If you space out a big meal you can avoid this cramp (and hiccups)

if you just ate then worked out, you will get cramps
