My sister had a "mini" surgery. Actually, it was a cone biopsy where they like, cut off part of your cervix and you bleed for a while after that.

The doctor told her that she could bleed for up to a month and to not have sex or do heavy physical activity for two weeks after the biopsy.

If you are bleeding a lot, like, more than a normal period, you should probably go back to your doctor! If it is just spotting or less than a normal period then you should probably not worry too much about it. Your cervix might just be healing, and since its soft tissue it can't scab over like your skin does.

If you are really worried, ask your doc about it.

Your bleeding could be a sign that something is wrong. Did your doctor not tell you what you would experience after the cancer removal? If they didn't say anything about bleeding, you need to contact them, and tell the nurse/doctor your symptoms. I hope you get well soon.
