ohhhhhh, you cant.
unless you dig up the whole site and.... i don't know, get a plumber.
i had that issue - couldn't even wash my hair in the shower, the pressure was so weak!

RE:
How do I increase the pressure on an electric shower?
Have a Triton Electric Shower with low water pressure. Don't know about mains pressure as I just moved in. Any ideas?

There are two types of electric shower.one is a mixer shower that mixes hot and cold water that is supplied to it the other is an instantaneous shower that heats cold water in an internal cylinder. There are two types of instantaneous showers, one uses mains pressure and the other is fed from your cold water tank usually located in the attic.
If the mains pressure to the house is too low then you will get very low pressure coming to the shower.
The way to check the water pressure is turn on the kitchen tap.If there is a powerful flow of water coming from that then your pressure should be okay and it may just be that the shower head needs cleaning. If the pressure is poor and if its a direct shower
check if the water main is open fully and also that the isolation valve feeding the shower is fully open.If they are then you may need to change to a shower fed from the tank instead. If the shower is fed from a tank then check the isolation valve feeding the shower, also check the tank itself for debris blocking the outlet pipe feeding the shower.

See what the pressure is like at the taps; if it is similar, check any stopcocks - undr the sink, probably- and make sure they are fully open. If they are stuck, twist the handle to and fro, just small movements, until it loosens (don't just haul on it or it could break). If you have any water softener fitted, check the cartridge (it should unscrew) and check it isn't blocked. You could exchange the cartridge whilst you are at it, as it probably wouldn't have been changed since the day it was fitted.
If all OK, then you are stuck with the pressure you have, unless you have a power shower fitted. These have a pump to increase the pressure. Fairly expensive, partly because you will need a plumber. but the pressure will be far better.

Set it on "cold" and see if the flow increases. that'll tell you whether it is the shower or the water pressure.
It's almost certainly the shower. It sounds like you have got a wimpy, low powered shower there. Start to save up your pennies for a new one. The more kilowatts it uses, the better the water flow usually.
I see "power showers" being recommended . These use a separate pump to boost the pressure and can be expensive. Unless you're going to be living in the house for a long time, they are just not worth it.
Just live with what you have in the meantime, maybe you'll get used to the reduced water flow?

Not real familiar wit "Electric" shower but assume it's like most modern water saving showers. If so you can remove the shower head and look inside the female end and locate the reducer washer. This is a rubber washer with an obviously smaller hole in the center. Remove it! If there is a washer with a large hole before that one put it back in and reattach the shower head. You will want to put some teflon tape on the threads prior to putting the head back on supply pipe. This defetes the water saver feature so be aware of increased water consumption and enjoy the pressure.
p.s. If this is a rental ask your landlord or building super first.

First I would recommend that you make sure not to use anything else that could decrease your water pressure at the same time (ex. dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). If you own the building or are able to change fixtures in your rental/lease agreement, you could purchase a shower head that is made to increase water pressure by turning a knob on the side. If none of these work talk to the people at your local hardware store or call a plumber, it could be a problem with the water supply or your water heater. If you are renting you should call your landlord about the problem.

a electric shower is only as good as the water pressure to the house. If low water pressure is indicated on the shower front ,make sure your stop tap is fully open.if this does not work try cleaning the shower head with a tooth brush as build up of lime scale can force water back into shower causing low pressure. If it is the mains pressure that is low there is nothing you can do.

If your water tank is lower than the shower head you may need a pump to increase the pressure. Otherwise lowering the temperature increases the pressure but that can mean having cold showers!!

I am amazed to see this question answered by 'a plumber', who suggests installing a pump. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL A PUMP ON A MAINS PRESSURE OPERATED ELECTRIC SHOWER!! The only way to increase the flow would be to replace the shower for one with a higher electricity consumption, i.e if your present one is 7 kw go up to 10 kw. (If you went this powerful, you would probably require new wiring). That is assuming all other flow restrictions, e.g. stopcocks turned down, etc., have been discounted.
