One night, one of my girl friends texted & invited him to a house party, apparently I was there, so he went. There wasn't a house party, they were just drinking so my bf decided to go home. One of my friends whose gay, stopped him from leaving, so he stayed for a while.

The drinking spree was almost over when he decided to leave. It was just him & my gay friend who was left in the living room. That's the time my gay friend started taking advantage of him. But my bf pushed him away & left.

A few days after, rumors are spreading that my bf is gay. I told my bf about it so he told me what really happened that night. I confronted my gay friend & told him to clean-up the mess he did. He said he won't, he said fancies my bf so much & I can't do anything about it. I was raging!

I know he was furious that my bf didn't give in to his advances, but ruining my bf's reputation to retaliate? That's not fair! I am thinking of asking for solicitor's/lawyer's advice on this.Any suggestions?

I actually thought he was a friend, until this thing happened. My bf is not gay. It's very clear that it was a sort of revenge thing. It was a "set-up". Some friends told me maybe "those friends" that I thought were my friends, was just envious. I don't wanna brag but my bf is a good catch, physically & intellectually. I want my gay friend to at least say sorry to him, to us, but instead he was too proud! I wanna give him a lesson & make him learn his lesson well.

So any suggestions?

Sue him if you must! But investigating if your boyfriend is gay or not is also a good idea!

Okay, you need to get rid of the gay friend. I can't imagine any of my friend's making a move on my man. That is not a friend. Also, your boyfriend pushed him away and left. Has he informed you that he won't go anywhere that the gay friend will be at? If not, you might question what exactly did happen. I'm not saying your man is gay, but he sure did give your friend a reason to think he is. Good luck.

Well usually I try not to give this kind of advice but he needs his a%$ whooped for this. But in the same sense people shouldn't listen to him if they really truly are cool with you and your boo and know in they heart that dude isn't gay. Therefore they should just ignore your gay friend all together.

Neither you or your boyfriend should feel the need to go around shouting out how 'not gay' he is...he knows he isn't and you know he isn't...THAT should be enough. To hell what others think and to hell with the biotch that is spreading the rumors. THe rumors will die down...don't let this rumor run or ruin your lives.

You and your BF need to leave the guy alone because if he was a friend he wouldn't hit on your BF in the first place.
