OK...so you are in India...hence the really bad sentence. I hope you dont need to speak to English people because they wont understand you.

They (the professional people or recruiters) are ASKING you a question. What would happen if a call centre did NOT document (or write down) previous calls?

If you called someone because your computer/TV/phone/electricity didnt work.........and that person didnt write it down. But still its not fixed.....so you'd have to go over the whole thing again with the next person...and the next and the next. Wouldnt that frustrate you a little?

If the FIRST person you spoke to wrote it down on the computer...so the very next person you spoke to, could SEE what was wrong, what was said and what action was taken before....dont you think that would help YOU, as a caller, not get so frustrated? Explaing things a hundred times makes people angry. Call centres document everything so at a glance they can SEE what has happened previously...so they can figure out the next best thing to do, to resolve a problem.

If you dont understand what I have said above...stay out of the COMMUNICATIONs line of work because you will irritate the hell out of everyone. Bugger related sites...if what I have said above is so hard to understand, you should try some other line of work that doesnt involve talking to people as an art.
