Mail their invitations to thier homes like you would with any other guest.
I wouldnt worry too much about the ones you dont want there....you dont want them there for a reason right? Its your wedding and you can do it how you please basically. So if you want to invite Susie but not Tom its your perogative.
Best Wishes to you and yours.

I would say quietly slip the invitation in their mailbox on a Friday afternoon, that way all the buzz won't happen on a Monday around the workplace, then call them over the weekend and let them know that not everyone got invited and ask them to keep it on the down low at work so no feelins get hurt

Do you have their home addresses? You could mail their invitations to their homes, so co-workers would know.
Is that what you mean?
I certainly don't expect to be invited to a co-workers wedding unless they are also a close friend outside work.
paki makes a good point.
I don't agree with the person who says it's like a kid's party. Your co-workers aren't kids. They won't be heartbroken if they aren't invited.

I think alot depends on first how long have you worked with these individuals. Some people don't attend such as supervisors, it might be best practice invite people at the same levels, not bosses or your employees...it would make for a tough situation.

Send the invitation to the people you want to invite and don't send one to the people you don't want to invite. Get home addresses and deal with it through the mail rather than passing them around at work.

To avoid future conflict and hard feelings, it's best to invite co-workers from the same department and exclude other departments.

first of all, are you in a supervisory position, if not good you can invite whoever you want, if you are in supervisory position i would ask your HR department so you dont have people feel discriminated if they are not invited.
