frequently when I try to remove my flash disk from my computer error massage appers "The device ' Generic volume' cannot sopped right now. Try stooping the device again later.but It coudnt remove the drive the massage apper again and again I try to scan my computer with Macaffe but the result is the same. what shall I do?

when you click on the remove icon, you should get a messafe that has the drive name for your disk exampl (dirve e) click on that then stop

First of all, you shouldn't pull out a flash disk or a flash drive when the lights are still on. You place the mouse on the icon at the bottom of the screen on the flashdrive icon and wait for the window that says "safely remove hardware" then right click on that window. Another window will pop out and click the stop button. then wait for it to open another window and click the close button. The flashdrive will stop blinking or turn itself off. Thats the only time you can pull it out or else the circuits inside will be damaged. If this still doesn't work, I suggest you take the hardware back to where you bought it and ask them what's wrong with it.
