each and every 2d that is going by the acceleration is inflicting the speed to develop. So if the acceleration is a million m/s - then after a million sec the speed is a million m/s, after 2 its 2 m/s - and so on . simply by fact the speed (m/s) is increasing each and every 2d (consistent with/sec)....multiply acc by the style of seconds - say 5 sec - and you get the speed at that 2d...5 m/s.
