I see the rabid attack NEOCON is on break from the asylum :( DUH-bya is an opportunist regardless of who or what gets lost in the "shuffle", I can't and won't believe anything he says. DUH-bya and his criminal administration are a severe detrement to this country. Did you feel that?, yes it's the winds of change blowing as November quickly approaches.

I don't mind if you bash Bush, but do it with the facts. I like the fact he has the balls to hit back when America got struck. He's far from great at foreign policy.

Straight from the state of the union address, 2003 -

"I ask the Congress to commit $15 billion over the next five years, including nearly $10 billion in new money, to turn the tide against AIDS in the most afflicted nations of Africa and the Caribbean." (Applause.)

In July, he only presented a 1.7 billion package for approval.

Don't know about you, but 13.3 billion difference is a lot.

Personally, he needed to be focusing on our own damn issues with the majority of our domestic product, and have a set budget for foriegn nations Strictly adhering to it. It pisses me off he offers 15 billion and we still have hungry people here, a broken education system and an illegal immigrant problem.

just talk bad about the president the right way.....with facts...

Just wanted to prove, to his rich neo-con buddies, that his AIDs vaccine (for rich HAVES only) really works. Oh heck, tossed in a P.R. opportunity to boot knowing hardly anyone would notice him renegging on it later. Killed 2 birds with one stone...or, er, killed 2 million babies with one budget cut.

This is a frequent type of occurence with the Bush administration. Perhaps he has good intentions, but then forgets his promises?

.. maybe because he knows aids was started through vaccination programs, and now he feels guilty? probably not ... i'd be willing to bet most of that money will go into arms so they kill each other.
