how to find the pop3 & smtp for my gmail, plz help me ..

Login to your gmail account via a web browser, in the top right corner of the page select settings, then select "forwarding and pop".
There is a link on that page for "configuration instructions". It will show you how to setup a lot of email programs.

Log into your gmail account.
Select Settings (upper right of the page).
Select Forwarding and POP. In POP Download section select one of Enable POP options.
Then go to Configuration instructions at point 3, you have there all your informations to configure your mail client.
Don't forget to save your changes!
