The Star tried that with a 'page 7 hunk' in the 80s but it didn't quite catch on as the bloke only stripped to the waist.
The problem is that trashly tabloids cater mostly for men - this was illustrated when Clare Short tried to stop page 3 in the 80s but the Scum led a campaign against her and called her all sorts of names. I haven't read that shi**y paper since.

the sun is a newspaper for very simple men..this is obvious due to the fact that there is a ridiculous amount of sport, stupid opinionated articles, and yes, titty. the things that appeal to really basic men. start up a womens newspaper instead!

i like car mags and love sporty cars but every mag i buy has women with boob's and a@@ allover the place , its sexist to think only men read about cars give me a mag with men sprawled allover the bonnet a Subaru imprexa instead of some old desperate hag ......
