It depends on the kind of page you need to set up. If you just want something free and kind of basic then www.freewebs.com (this is what i have and am very happy with) would work nicely but sense your url ends up being freewebs.com/yourwebsite/ it isn't all that professional looking for promoting school events or whatever else you might need to do...
you will probably have to pay the fees to have a better url (yourwebsite.com)
