Do you mean will she have a miscarrage?
Blood in urine has nothing to do with the baby. Blood in urine is either her kidneys or her bladder. She could have a kidney infection, a bladder infection or a urinary tract infection. Or something totally different.
There aren't many doctors on yahoo answers, she needs to do more than call her doctor. She needs to go in to see him/her.
If the doctor isn't concerned then you shouldn't be either.

You want to know if your aunt is going to get an abortion? You will have to ask her, since an abortion is a choice a woman makes to go get a procedure done to terminate the pregnancy. As for the rest of it, everyone is different so what might be normal for her may not be normal for everyone else, so id just be letting her deal with it with the doctors since it really has nothing to do with you.

Not sure if anything wrong with your aunt. Always good to be careful when pregnant. She could just have an infection or something....the doctors will be able to tell with some tests. (maybe just blood tests).

Peeing blood isn't normal for anyone so the fact that she's pregnant makes it a lot worse....
