It is mostly Covelant bond , the ionization potential is high, so the non elements sharing elctrons when binding by a chemical bond, CH4 is an example, when there is a difference in electronagativity of the two elemnts , a Polar Covelant bond like in HCl, where the shared electrons spend more thier times closely to the chlorine atom because of its high electronagativity.
