Do you plan on owning your business very long? I would think that once the employees find out, you won't have many of them left.

ROFL, seeing as how most employees are on this sit avoiding work I doubt you will get many valid responses heh heh. Try acyually working instead of paying in wage andf spying :)

Laws differ from state to state. Invest a hundred bucks in a legal opinion. You may be able to watch but not listen or vice versa, or other quirky rules. You may or may not have to notify your employees they might have you watching.

just use the software i am in touch you can find it in the Internet it is great for desktop monitor and access.
