i am an online retailer looking to sell cell phones but everytime i find a supplier, even those recommed by manafactures, the prices on ebay are cheeper. how do they do it and where do they get the phone cheep enough to offer at those prices?

probably they are second hands. once I bought one from ebay it was opened.

The majority of seller's on ebay are wishful thinkers. They start the item at wholesale and hope it goes above. If they only get a winning bid on the wholesale..no big deal they just get their money back. They are more interested in the amount over the wholesale price.

Either they buy in BULK QUANTITY OR they HOPE they recoup the actual more expensive amount they paid for the cell phone in the first place.
