Sounds like he's gone hon. It also unfortunately sounds like he's done this before.
You need to try to pick yourself up and get ready for being a single mom. Don't worry, lots of people are single moms now. I bet you could find a lot of them right here that could offer you some support and encouragement.
Surround yourself with friends and family and enjoy being pregnant regardless of his cowardice.
But you also need to make sure that he doesn't have the opportunity to slip out of his responsibilities. File with the court so that you can get child support from him when the baby is born.
As for getting him back... forget about it. He's a punk.

First off...I'm sorry he has not called you. If mine would have not been there for me I don't know what I would have done. Its very scary but it sounds like you are very brave already. If i were you I would go to a Planned Parenthood and talk to someone about what you need to know as far as your pregnancy and how to start planning for the baby. They are very supportive and can help. If you don't have any money contact your local County Health Dept. and they will do the same thing Planned Parenthood would do. Good Luck and God Bless....you can do it grl!

I was in the same situation at one time. So I just left him alone. If he comes around from the shock then good. But if not you must be strong for you and your child. There are alot of single mothers out there that are doing better then their children father. Just don't stress you don't need that right now in your life. Just try to keep yourself busy to try to get it off your mind. And if he doesn't help after the child is born just file for child support. You didn't do it by yourself. And he needs to take care of his responsibilities if not physical then financially. Please take care of you and the baby.

I just told my boyfriend the exact thing and I've gotten the same reaction. He lives in another state now and so he avoids me when I call or email him. I'm also 2 months along now so I know what your going through. Just don't let it bother you. This might be normal because he is still in shock with the news.

Write him a long letter and say hey I didn't create this baby by myself so you need to help or at least tell me how you feel. If he was man enough to sleep with you with no protextion then he needs to be man enough to step up and help. Goodluck
Also let him know that he is gonna be the one missing out on such a great time that when he is old and gray he will regret it. CONGRATS

Go to your local courthouse to the child support enforcement department. Start the paperwork now. They will help establish paternity and support. This may be the only contact you have with him, but your child deserves at least that much from the bum. Good Luck!

Forget him. Why would you want someone like that around your baby anyway. The only thing you will need from him is child support. Take him to the cleaners.
