I live in South Florida. Here it depends on the age of the child. I pay $85 per week for my 2 year old son.

In central NC it is $800 - $1100 per month per child for full time. Some places may give discounts for a second child but that is not common from what I have seen.

Can't help you on the cost - that's regional and even then it will vary from
community to community. However, it's been my experience that day cares
will give a discount for the 2nd child.

in georgia it is about $140-160 per week and yes you double it if you have twins
