i suggest brainstorming.. what are the cons you can think of with no schools?

pick the top 3-4 reasons, and use that as the basis of ur thesis.

write an introduction regarding the importance of schools in general, how it helps the world. then say, something like (this is your thesis): "If there were no schools, children as well as adults would not be able to learn (a), (b), and (c)".

then, each paragraph will specifically be written to support a, b, and c. so that is your intro, 3 supporting paragraphs. your conclusion paragraph will be your 5th paragraph! good luck :)

What would parents do to educate their children? which methods and resources they would use? Where will people go for information? Is there a chance that parents would create schools again because the would home school all the children of similar age that live in the same neighborhood together? Which will be the qualifications someone will need to get a job? how would you certify how educated or not you are when looking for a job?

If there were no schools how would people obtain an education? A doctor for instance, has to have so many years of school to be trained in his field. How would he obtain that training? By following another doctor around? Just a start for you.
What about friends and socialization? There would be none. How would you meet people?
