I don't think so. I have never even been high but we are sticking people in jail for marijuana possesion while rapist or child molesters are free.
I say just leave them alone.

At the time when i smoked dope, i thought that the law should just get over it... But now i look back i wish i never did..
I watched my friend go from weed to speed.. have panic attacks, go through depression and be diagnosed with paranoia.
I hate to now remember i encouraged her to do that ****.
It seriously does screw up peoples lifes, If not only yours, people around you, Like any drug you can get hooked on it.
Not all child rapists are free people, Nor are all people who smoke weed in jail.. Rape is a bigger deal then pot, that i agree on

I totally agree with you! The court system will let a child molesters out of jail quicker than some people that are in poss. of pot!

Yes... they should be busted for pot as long as its illegal. We can't enforce laws that we like and not enforce ones we dislike, or because people we like get busted for it.
My idea...
1.) make cigarettes illegal, the sale of all cigarettes and cigarette tobacco,
2.) make pot legal, but make it illegal to sell,
3.) you want to smoke go right ahead, smoke cigarettes, smoke pot, smoke whatever, but you want to smoke you grow it yourself for your own consumption in your home,
4.) keep the sales of pot, tobacco, etc., illegal, home consumption only
