She 5mths old so really doesn't like anything yet. I love tinkerbell and angels. I have 2 tinkerbells already and 1 angel on my lower back praying with my great grandmothers name.. Do you think another angel will be too much ? She'll be in a different position though ( not praying)

Yeah , I agree . All the tattoos I have mean something. If it doesn't have a good meaning I am not getting it .

Yes I have a tattoo artist. All the tattoos I have are done by him , he is really good too. I'll see what ideas he has as well. I am loving all the ideas you guys are giving me too. Hard to pick lol.

A good artist could design an arm or ankle "band" tattoo, maybe in a celtic, floral, or tribal motif, and incorporate a name and birthdate into it. As you know, it is for life, so the only person who can (and should) make the decision about what to get is you.
Do you have a tattoo artist you trust? Ask for ideas. Tell him/her what you want and let him/her draw you some pictures. Most credible artists will do this for you.
Where are you located? If you don't have an artist in mind and are on the East Coast, I could recommend some.

What does your child like? For my daughter I got a Tinkerbell and my son loves dragons, so when I got his name I also had a dragon put with it. In my opinion, tattoos are supposed to be as unique as the person that has them. They are supposed to mean something special to you and/or whomever you are getting the tattoo for. There are a LOT of people who say only trashy people get tattoos, but they are just narrow minded. You aren't trashy nor am I. We love our kids and it is a wonderful tribute to them.

I have 10 tats. All mean something special to me. I took my children's name and combined them into a heart and rose design (which was my own design). It says T.A.Z. so ppl assume that I like the cartoon. Well no it stand for Thomas, Aprel, and Zackery. Just look at sites that feature tattoos. Combine 1 or more. Just don't go and pick something. It has to mean something special to you. Good Luck

I don't care for tattoos myself, but if you really want one to commemorate your baby, maybe a little angel, or a butterfly? Or maybe a little animal like a kitten or baby panda.

think about getting all of them in a portrait.
If you are in the New York, New Jersey area, I would suggest you go to Starlight Tattoo and get Mario himself to do it.
He is the best in the area.

Use her baby footprint from her birth certificate. Or get a good footprint from her now.Either way there will be alot of blood shading and will be a bit uncomfortable. But if you go to a good tat artist it will be a very precious reminder of her as she grows.

I think you should get her name written in some kind of style other than manual script and above that a baby tiger, symbolizing that she will always be your baby girl, unless you have another baby. But still represents her.

How about two angel wings with your daughters name in the middle (create the name to represent a 'body').
