I wished the Democrats would learn the difference between "the rich" and "high income earners". Rich means wealth. Wealth and rich mean how much money or net worth you have. High income earners might not be rich or wealthy yet but are at least working their *** off to get rich. Taxing the rich doesn't necessarily mean taxing the high income earners. Why tax high income earners who are at least trying while the rich are those who may have inherited it and may not be working to earn anything. I have higher regard for the high income earners than the rich, the rich could be like welfare recepients... doing nothing.

Beeing wealthy means, living a comfortable life. You have enough money to live. It doesn`t mean you are rich, it could be,but it doesn`t necessary mean you`re rich.
If you are rich, you have much more than you need to live. You live more than a comfortable life. You could say: There are many wealthy people, but not so many rich people.
