When i close off my pc & then i start up agian i can't access internet thru my net zero?

I installed new Net Zero software and it works right after i install but when i shut off my pc and go back later on to try to connect i get invalid ID & password. It isn't my password and it is not my Net zero id cause i called net zero and like i said when i install it it works, but if i shut of my pc and put it on again i get that error(691).
It has to be my pc--i have to keep uninstalling & reinstalling and it only works one time after i install. What can this be?

First, I don't know the answer. But I suspect several things:

1. Make sure you have uninstalled all your old internet provider software, such as AOL, Earthlink, whatever, as well as your netzero.

2. Reboot, then install netzero, and go from there.

3. If your problem still exists, contact the NetZero help desk. It's their software, so they should help you solve it.
