i work in sun sun co. in chinatown boston ma.10 hours a day 6 days a week he is not paying min. wage and there are 10 e lega workers w/no green cards can somebody e mail dept. of labor if he even think its me he will send us back to china i have a baby girl need work hard

I don't understand how you can own a 2006 Rav 4 (see one of your previous questions) and complain about being underpaid. If you are worried about being sent back to China then you need to start the process for a green card now. If you already have a green gard then he cannot send you back. It makes no difference if you call the authorities on this Sun Sun Co or if we do - he won't know who has put the complaint in but once they start investigating they will find out if you are not legal and you will lose the job anyway.

If you are a US citizen, then call the INS. You have nothing to fear. If not, if someone else calls, you will be caught up & sent back anyway, so what is the point?
And, if you are so down, & not even making minumum wage, how do you have access to a computer to waste time on yahoo answers??

If you are legal, you could hang in there a little while longer, while working from home, being your own boss as Robert Kiyosaki suggests, from his Rich Dad Poor Dad book "The Business School". You can do that until you make enough to replace the income you're making at work now and you can finally walk away and say BYE! if you are an illegal worker ( which it sound like you are)
you have no legal rights to better wages
If you are a US citizen you have nothing to fear, report them to the better business bureau or MA attorney General

I would blow the biacth up if i were you...I know how it is having to provided for a child with minimum funds...good luck! thats a choice as being a mom you have to make..because b4 i see mines go without(food,shelter,clothing) I will go out and get it!!!(if you know what i mean)
