If you are the father your sister is probably feeling shame at the moment and thats why she wants an abortion, If your not the father i dont think you have any rights and if she's mentally stable then she can do as she wants.

If your just being a good brother and concerned future uncle then good on you, but dont tell her what to do.
And if you are the father - which isnt clear ?, then let your sister do what she feels is right for her at this moment in time !!.

Are you saying that you are the father of your sisters baby??
Thats incest and against the law if you have been having sex with your sister, so you probably wouldn't have any rights anyway. Do you also know that if you have created a child with your sister, it may turn out to have something wrong with it as it has come from the same gene pool. May be best for the long run if she does get rid of it.

as a FATHER? if the fetus was concieved in a relationship between siblings, then the chances of it being deformed are so high that it might be a smart decision to abort it.
If you're a father of other children with another woman and are worried about your sister, then you can talk to her, but you do not have any legal rights. her body, her choice

Most of you obviously dodnt read this question very carefully............ if you read it properly you will notice that it says "as A father" not "as THE father".

And the answer is no sorry sweety you dont. its your sisters choice at the end of the day, you can try and talk her out of it but it might make her more determined.

You just gotta stay by her whatever she decides to do.

Anyone ever tell you incest was not a good thing?

As a father, and legally, I don't think so as the law doesn't give access to anyone besides the mother as it is her body. One of the reasons there is a huge abortion issue.

No not really, as her brother you have no rights at all to tell her what to do or even try to stop it. Even if you were the father you still wouldnt have any room to say anything. The only thing that you can do is try talking to her and if she does keep it talk about adoption. Sorry.

oh my good god are you crazy...there is something wrong with this picture big time...unless you mean that you are a father and not the father of this baby in which case if you are a father and want to speak up that its not right than do so but if you are the father of her child you have a lot of growing up to do

Let me get this straight: you are the father of your sisters' baby?!

Regardless of who the father is, no I don't think you have any rights as to what someone else chooses to do to their own body.

If I read this right, the best thing you can do for her is leave her alone and keep your distance permanently. If your English is not that good and you mean have you any rights as a relative - then no you don't , but for God's sake make sure she is not without friends - whatever she decides.

OMG.... let me get this straight, your sister is prego and your the father...? well, not because she is your sister, but as a father, what u can do is speak to her, but chances are, the baby wont be to healthy (if its your sister by birth and not through adoption)
