Just accept that the time you have will never be enough! It will still be like that once you are a doctor! Organize, make a schedule, plan and prioritize .... and put a little time for yourself as well .. if you can. Once you have accepted this as a fact, it won't bother you as much anymore!

Share out your workload with a partner who is having similar difficulties. Sleep at your optimum resting periods to get maximum rest with minimum time.
Ignore unnecessary phone calls, get a better filing system to facilitate your paperwork, and stop watching tv. Hopefully you have enough time now...good luck!

"Prioritize or perish" is the first law of time management.
Whether you are a medical student or a manager, you have certain "Urgent Things", "Important Things", and "Urgent & Important Things". You got to prioritize them realistically. And should have the discipline to say "No" to Unimportnat things.
