Usually with the left hand and at the bottom of the wheel.

Usually with my right hand, on the bottom right hand side of the wheel. or sometimes my left on the top.

Right hand on the bottom, most of the time
When that hand gets tired, I switch to my left hand, but on the side of the wheel, not the bottom.

right hand, in the middle of the steering whell so I can hit the horn if I need to. My left hand is usually out the window playing with the air resistance.

I'm a switcher. You know which ever hand I'm not putting my mascara on, or my lipstick or which hand I'm holding my cell phone in. If both of my hands are taken, I usually drive with my knees. Now you really can't believe me can you? You so know I am not a multi-tasker!

Right hand.
I switch from top to bottom to the sides.
( it's hard to keep my hands still when I'm driving ! )
