DO NOT SLEEP ON YOUR BACK!!!!!! Go get a body pillow and put that between your legs starting at your crotch. Get another pillow and literally lift your belly and rest your belly on that pillow. Then use pillows to make your head comfortable. Then if you like get another pillow to hug against. Im 36 weeks and thats how I sleep. Works so far!!The best way for any pregnant woman to sleep is on her left side, that is because you are not putting pressure on your main blood vessels as you would on your right side. But either side is okay, just not on your back because your blood pressure will actually go down and that can cause heart burn and other effects that will make you very very uncomfortable. You may also be anemic. Talk to your Doctor about how you feel.

do exersices on your hands and knees during the day, arch your back like a cat. It takes the pressure off your back.

Really you cant do a whole lot, back pain is all part of pregnancy. Just find the right pillows and find a comfortable position on your side.

It sucks, i know.

Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. That's what I ended up doing with all 3 of my pregnancies.
