the 7th book is being released 07/07/07 and will be called Harry Potter and the Battle for Magic.

No one knows yet, not even JK Rowling herself, what Book 7 is going to be called. Rowling has changed her mind about the title and she is nowhere near finished with it. You should check out Mugglenet.com and The Leaky Cauldron. These are two of the best Harry Potter websites.

there have been rumors that it would be called 'Harry Potter and the Scar'. however, that haven't been proven yet.
(my brother told me that it was on the news last week that J.K. Rowling had already finished book 7, and had given a finished copy to someone, and that copy is the only copy of book 7 here on earth right now. Aztig!!!hope that's true, and hope they'll release more copies this year!!!)
