This position is for a very senior Operations Manager - a manager who manages Manages. The refernce check is to be conduct with CEO's.

ask for former workers references. If they dont have any then they were not close enough to their people to get them. and thus they probably was not a good senior manager. If they do give you some you can gauge what kind of managerial skills the person has.

Do you have anything going on in your life or anything up and coming that may prevent your from doing your job fulling. Such as a baby on the way, an ill family member etc.

I think I saw an article on dice.com on how to get through the interview process. That might give you some ideas.

yes... ask them what is the best thing they have ever done to help out someone in need ..... it may give you an idea of what they stand for......
