most likely WET TAIL;
take your hamster out of the cage, clean it VERY thoroughly and give him plenty of bedding so s/he can do a warm nest.
considering that you should do this EVERY day, as long as s/he has WET TAIL, consider using kitchen paper, cut in snippets
take your hammi to the wet.
if you don't treat the WET TAIL quickly, the hammi is likely to die from it.

Your hamster has WET Tail you have to go to pet shop they will sell you food to correct this.He should be fine after a few days

He has tummy troubles. It is diarhea. In rodent pets it is sometimes also called "wet tail"
