i've heard that it's a surprizingly small amount. don't really know how to look this one up.

maybe 283,687,943.26 watts/second?

Sun puts out 4x10^26 watts per second.
It's volume is 1.41 x 10^18 km^3 or 1.41x10^21 m^3
I divided them up and got that..
