I have received 3 worker's comp checks in the past 2 months. The first was for 3 weeks lost wages, the past 2 have each been for 2 weeks, but each time the benefit amount has gone down. This past check was for $60 less than the last one. I am missing out a 7 day work week with overtime and also a bonus every two weeks. Isn't there a standard forumla they go by?

I understand that you only get a percentage. The part I don't understand is how that percentage can decrease from week to week.

You will not get any overtime pay with W/C payments
They pay 60% of your regular pay of 40 hours
The insurance company/case worker handling your case can answer any and all questions for you
they will most likely make you go to a wage evaluation meeting in the very near future to find you a different career you can do with your type of injury.
Good Luck

that's a crock. What you're describing is a subject that many enterprise vendors struggle via in the process the 1st 365 days of being in enterprise, in spite of if it is not a perpetual state. Any enterprise proprietor who unearths themselves in that subject 365 days after 365 days has themselves responsible for doing away with those loans with out bothering to strengthen an adequate enterprise plan - one which will furnish adequate sales to pay the two the enterprise proprietor and furnish adequate earnings to conceal worker salaries.

when my husband wsa on that, we got a big check then they went down cuz they werent making up weeks. know that they are caught up you should be getting them , ithnk every 2 weeks and i believe its just for the 40 a week pay. no bonus and no overtime plus its like a % of your 40 hour pay check . you dont get your normall pay. they want you to go back to work soon. so they wont make it easy to live off of that.
