It depends on the field of study... Each University will be rated higher in some levels of study than in others...
For example, most people agree that the best University for Veterinary Medicine is Texas A&M University... But their Music program is virtually non-existent...

It really depends what you want to major in. Any of the ivy league schools are good. But as I said it depends what you want to major in.
