For example, "A" sent an email to "B", "B" forwarded the email to "C". Is there a way for "C" to see "A's" IP address? In Outlook. Thanks!

I did that and I can only see "B's" information. Nothing about "A" is showing up.

View the headers:
Right click the message and then click Options. The bottom text area is for Internet Headers...there you will find all the info.
