It depends on what you are planning to study. Usually schools are famous for particular programs... go to the one that is famous for your program of interest.

I am not familiar with any of these institutions. However, you should know how to spell COLLEGE before you go.
As a suggestion, if you can, you should visit these places and talk to students and faculty. You can then make an informed decision.

If you know what kind of job you want, call those jobs and ask them which college would they hire someone from the most. If you don't know what job you want, go visit each college and then pick the one you like the most.

visit all of them and decide where to go based on your major, cost, school size and activities, distance from home, do you have any friends already going there? etc.
make a pros and cons list for each to help decide
