allergy is a reaction to a foriegn body being introduced to one's system. Since sobriety is a lack of alcohol being introduced, being sober cannot cause an allergy, only withdrawals.
It CAN however, cause an adverse reaction where the women you've previously had sexual relationships with now look far uglier! This is called Beergoggleietus.

You are allergic to fungus and molds, which is what alcohol is.
As you know liquor is made from growth of yeast. When you don't drink, your body is craving fungus mold which makes you think you are allergic to sobriety. You have to go 54 days without alcohol to clean the fungus out of your system.
