Magnets...If a bar magnet is attached to a rod on a free floating but stationary position...?

If it is surrounded by magnets of the same polarity, we are talking perfect calculations, will the stationary magnet spin to "stay away from the surrounding magnets" or will it just find an area of least resistance and stop....

Same polority repels.

WHen one is repelling the other one repels in the opposite edirection so it will stop in between.
