I am an ex beauty therapist and can honestly tell you we don't look at your bits, just the bit that is being waxed, I do not rememberwhat anyone looked like, it is just part of the job. I go for a Hollywood, that's all off, and you need to take your pants off for that. With a Brazilian it depends how much you want off, you could get away with a thong, they usually give you paper pants though. I have paid as much as £50 for one and as little as £18.

I had my first Hollywood done last week!
Ouch. But well worth the pain.
It is totally undignified but hey, no pain no gain!!
No knickers is easiest for the beautician and they do this all the time, you've seen one you've seen them all.
I did feel a little odd at first but she really calmed me down.
But if you don't feel comfortable with the beautician try another salon. It's a pretty intimate thing to have done so pick wisely.
A good wax should take about an hour and cost around £30 - £40.
Good Luck. x

I just got one last night! Haha. They're not so bad. Go to a salon that does a lot of them, I've had bad experiences with places that don't do them regularly. It takes about an hour maybe the first time you get one done. Less time after the initial appointment. I get mine redone about every 4-6 weeks. It all depends on how quickly yours grows back. I'm from the US, so it cost me $75 from a spa, I'm not sure what the translates to in the UK. And don't be embarassed if you see your beautician, they do so many of them, chances are they might not even remember you. And if they do, they're professionals, so don't worry!

I swear by Brazilian waxes and can give you the numbers of some great salons in London - try Shotgun at Herne Hill for example.
They can be embarrassing if you've not been before but the beautician should make you at ease. They cost £18 - £45 in London - at the place I mentioned it is £18. But she does a very thorough job so you need to warn her not to take too much off of that's not what you want!
PS: it HURTS!

It is embarresing for the first time, but only to you. The salon employee does it all the time.
Go for it once. If you can't handle it, because it can be very strange, then you can leave. I think you'll be quite happy if you stay.
Wear loose sweats, or at least ones that hang off of your crotch.
Your beautician doesn't actually look down at it from underneath. Your vagina is most likely shaped just like every other girl's, and she has a good idea of wear to put the wax. Do you need to look at your vagina in order to wipe yourself?? It's the same thing for her. As long as your's doesn't grow sideways instead of front-to-back, you'll be fine

trust me... its worth the pain. most beauty salons do them, and if you run into your beautician a week later, it won't be awkward. they look at womans V's everyday... they don't care. and youre in too much pain to be embarrased whilst getting it done. you're looking at about $55 for a middle of the range place. ask around your friends of a good beautician...
(sorry i used australian dollar.. i dont know how to change it over to uk currency)

yea it is a little embarrassing. but you just have to remember they do it all the time. It costs about £10-£15.
I would advise you to do it yourself though. It's less embarrassing, you can take your time and cry if you want!hehe.
I use the veet wax strips. just cut off small pieces and do it a bit at a time. have a glass of wine to numb the pain!. I find it less painful than them doing it as they take too much off at once! also the more you do it the less painful it becomes. You will have to do it about every 3 weeks, less as time goes on.

sure, Luiz is unquestionably ultimate. We positioned on the comparable type of clothing right here as in the states. We do have many of the comparable call type shops right here in the better cities. i could in trouble-free terms remark that clothing is frequently lighter in weight, because of the factors. The cut back of the clothing (form) varies additionally as a consequence of the Brazilian trend impact.

Sounds like *shaving* is the answer for you.
Having strangers seeing you spread eagle and ripping the hair off your most sensitive body parts isn't for everyone... and that's pretty understandable.
