It is possible to have a healthy pregnancy after an abortion. Sometimes though abortions will make it harder for you to carry the baby. How far along are you? Some cramping and spotting can be normal in early pregnancy. The only way to be certain is get to the doctor immediately!!!

Just because you had an abortion, does not mean that you will never be able to carry a baby to full term in the future. If you are having a miscarriage, that may have nothing to do your previous abortion.
There have been times where doctors make mistakes and damage the uterus while performing an abortion, but I have little doubt you would have known that right away.
Seek out your doctor today, and explain the problem. If you do not have an ob/gyn, go to a hospital emergency room. It is very important a professional exams you. A doctor will be able to tell you if you are having a miscarriage. Talk to the doctor and express your concerns. The doctor will be able to help you better understand what you are going through.
Good Luck and Take Care

Light cramping and bleeding our normal during pregnancy. Unless it gets really bad and your filling a pad every 3-4 hours there usually isn't anything to worry about. I have bleed (spotting) with all three of my pregnancies and they have been born fine. Also having an abortion is almost like having a D&C and shouldn't prevent you from getting pregnant again. In fact I had two D&C's for an invention and miscarriage within a few days of each other and was pregnant 8 weeks later. Good luck

You should have a normal pregnancy. Though repeated abortions (or "D and Cs") can cause scar tissue which can block fallopian tubes, one abortion should not have any adverse effects. If you miscarry, it is probably not at all due to the abortion. A year is plenty of time to heal. Bleeding during pregnancy can even be "normal" for some women. Without having had a successful pregnancy and delivery, you don't know yet what is normal for you. Don't worry until you have seen an ObGyn. Stress, alone, compromises your immune system and causes a whole host of other problems.

I had an abortion , and went on to have three healthy kids. If an abortion is done properly and by a professional you can have a normal pregnancy. A little bleeding can be normal, but you still need to have your OB check it out. Good Luck

unless there was a problem during the produre which they by law should have told you then ur perfectly cablable of having another child. tummy pain is normal its just ur tummy expanding to make room for the bub and bleeding well that could either be a problem or just implation bleeding or something like that. You should see a doc and find out.
