A place that is peaceful, restful. When you close your eyes, what place do you see?

I don't usually like to fall into a trance, I am a very analytical person, so - I take as many deep breaths as I can and not hyperventilate, and I take a bottle of water. I know this helps most of all... and of course exercise. If I can't run or walk or jog right at the moment, I do the breathing and the water thing. And if etiquette permits, I will stretch good. OK... so when my mind is not solicited I do like to imagine myself in the Hilton or the Ritz hotels' ladies bathroom with perfumes and the couches and the lotions... and the lights ... alone of course.

Any place with water.....the beach, a river, a lake. I always found places like that peaceful. We used to have a cabin on a river. I live near the ocean now & try to get there at least once a week.

I am on the beach in La Jolla California, watching and listening to the waves come in and go out. ahhhhhhh

I see myself lying on green grass surrrounded by beautiful trees. This helps me to relax to the extend that I easily fall asleep in this way ...
