Every night I am troubled by a variety of crazy dreams. I wake up stress and still tired. I need this to stop any ideas?

Try to get some help. Maybe if you talk to a doctor and let them know that your having trouble sleeping and your having these dreams maybe they could give you something to help you sleep without those kind of thoughts. Believe me, i had to get some help. I had trouble with sleeping and now I am seeing someone and talking out my problems. If you get the drift.
