This only started after a McAfee trial that was installed with the new computer expired.

if you are not going to renew the subscription to mcaffe go ahead and uninstall it. did that version of mcaffe have a firewall. if so and you want to keep the mcaffe on your pc disable the firewall and turn on the windows firewall. if you want to check and see if it is mcaffe causing the problem turn it off and then try to access the internet. good luck

Use someone else's computer and a flash drive.Go to download.com and put Firefox setup on flash. Copy to your machine and install! :-)=
