It's possible but very unlikely. However, if you had the tubal right after delivery and it was three years ago or sooner, more possible. The body goes into ultra-repair mode after delivery and could "heal" the cauterized tubes. Again, very unlikely. The reason you should not delay in testing is because a pregnancy after a tubal would most likely be an ectopic one, which could be fatal to you.

~~Whomever thumbs-downed me is a dumbass. I went through a similar ordeal, only I had a 19-day period, which they thought might have been a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, eight years after the tubal. I had all the testing, including ultrasound, and received all the statistics from different doctors and research that I did on my own.

My mother has her tubes tied she received pregnant in 2003 and she lost it :/ she didnt even know she used to be pregnant! However yeah, you're too old to have a baby and thats particularly, particularly, quite rare no offence.

Take a test. Tubals are not 100%. I had mine done years ago. I have been 1-2 weeks late a few times since. Never pregnant but always took a test.

I think that unless you had your tubes cut and cautorized, it could be possible.

My mom knows someone who had her tubes clamped and got pregnant 10 years later. One of the clamps had broken.

Take a home pregnancy test. First Response is probably a good one. All the tv ads say that it can detect pregnancy even a few days before your missed period.
