and all 3 of them is dating the same guy now whenever i am with either of the 3 they same to talk bad about each other with me what shoud i do not to get caught upin the cross fire.

Do they know they r dating the same guy? Coz then they r messed up. Is he the only guy around?
Tell them you dont want to listen to them bad mouthing friends of yours. Their all doing the exact same thing. They will and probs do talk crap about u and everyone else behind your and their backs. Those r not friends. If they cant say anything to their face then they shouldnt say anything at all. If you dont like and trust me your gona be the one getting blamed for this in the end, stop it while you still can. If they have something bad to say again just tell them you cant take it anymore and they should stop becoz your not listening to them anymore. Call all 3 together and tell them that this is what they r doing u feel like the little mediator and your sick of it. They should sort it out by themselves and leave u out of it. They r your friends and you would love to listen and help and just be a general friend, but friends dont talk crap about other friends. Then you say "END OF" and walk away. Let them fight it out between eachother. Their dumb for seeing the same guy anyway. If he is seeing the 3 of them what stops him from seeing anyone else.
They should dump the fool too.
