Heard a Ol School Cat say that men don't wear red shoes, and if you see a man in red shoes he has issues.

I think any dude really really into fashion has a little sugar in the tank. But if a dude is wearing red shoes with the exception of sneakers, I would say he wants and needs attention or maybe he dont have a woman and is color blind so he might not even know his shoes are red. But if he were wearing rainbow colored shoes there is no question about his SO.

If I saw a man with/in red shoes, I would think that he was a clown, dancer, comedian, or something such as that.... I have never seen a gay person(man) in red shoes

No... color blind or does have a sense of style. But it doesn't make him gay in my eyes. But I wouldn't be bending over to quickly in front of him just in case.
