I would think about 2 weeks, the consider your conception to be about 2 weeks after your last period started, so if you add that up it would bring you to your next period, and if it doesn't show you should be able to take a test and the result should be pretty accurate. This would make you around 4 weeks pregnant.

Once your body produces enough hormones for it to read in your urine. Its different for every woman. But generally your body produces an ample amount of the HGH hormone at the onset of your period in order to stop the uterine lining from shedding.

For some women it may be a week or so after that point.

Blood tests are more sensitive.

There are some that can read up to 5 days before your missed period.

some of them can tell u two days b4 ur period is due. 1st response and predictor r good ones to use
