a whole lot of crazy or super glue. Ther have been several cases of this in the news. 2 of them have been in public restrooms where employees had to call paramedics to help these people out.

Superglue - but never pull a prank you wouldn't want someone to do to you - that would be a painful procedure to remove & would only be funny if you had a demented sense of humor..
