If using the sky free-view then you won't get it unless you subscribe to the pay for view! otherwise buy a freeview box then you will receive these channels. You might also live in a week signal area so think about an upgrade to your aerial to boost the signal! also try updating your software on the box, this usually happens automatically early hours when the box is inactive but you could try manually! otherwise I'm foxed!

you're in trouble-free terms getting the analogue channels . in the event that they are vulnerable theres no risk which you would be able to %. up freeview in that mattress room with an indoor aerial . you're fortunate that the different mattress room has a greater robust sign because of the fact the window is on the comparable ingredient because of the fact the transmitter. ideally you decide on an outdoors aerial . possibly a first rate loft aerial could be ok on your area. in many aspects indoor aerials are no longer comfortable adequate till they swap off the analogue thoroughly on the television station and then they'll develop the freeview sign

Interested in seeing the answers for this question as my mum also cannot get those channels on her Freeview or the magic radio channel. She has re-scanned and re-tuned.

probably just need to rescan the box to add/update channels (i do this about once a month) have a hunt through the menu/install/something like that - else you might just have a poor signal and need a better aerial.
