Try some baby oil. That should help.

Brand new razor. Not a disposible! I use the Venus Divine. Hot Water to open the pores. And lots of womens shaving cream, I like the Gillette Womens for sensitive skin. I also put neosporin with pain on after it helps with the irritation for some reason.

This is a difficult one, since there are many causes of razor rash from friction from the razor to sensitive skin. Be sure to shave first with the hair growth then against, and use a rich shaving cream with a lot of emollients. Make sure your skin is sufficiently wet, so shave last in the shower, after you've done your hair, etc. Treat the skin immediately after with a soothing spray or ointment-a good cheap one is homemade using crushed up UNCOATED aspirin in warm water, or use one of several treatments on the market specifically for this purpose. In between, use a AHA or BHA moisturizing lotion to exfoliate and prevent ingrown hairs or bumps. It's important to be sure the lotions are at the proper pH to prevent inactivation of the acids. Also, a good sugar or salt scrub in between can help with mechanical exfoliation. Check out cosmeticscop.com for some helpful tips.

My boyfriend loves me shaved too and he even asked me to keep it that way for him since he's attracted to having the bikini and vaginal area shaved. I would get some of this stuff called Bikini Zone and use a moisturizing shaving lotion or cream to lessen the bumps.

I use Nair. it is painless bcuz u don't even shave. U jus put it around the bikini area, wait five minutes, wipe it off and the hair is gone. No pain. and it's no bad effects, try it

try getting it waxed instead of shaving.

If you need to shave, then a moisteriser should stop the burn!
